After cancer, all I craved for a year was steamed broccoli and brown rice. So boring and bland but it’s all my body wanted so I listened. Last year I started to work out again and my body was craving protein like chicken, so after 3 years of vegetarian, I’m eating meat again. I’m really liking not labeling myself and being in tune with my bod. 💪❤️
Wow, a lot to digest, even without a recipe! I would say that there has been regular guidance about balance and food intake because of my fitness needs. But I will “dig a little deeper” as they say, to find my balance with foods I truly enjoy overall🙏🏽. Thanks Jess🌸
